Before marketing guru Eric Clayman met Udi Baron at a Colorado Vietnamese restaurant three years ago, Udi’s Handmade Foods was a modest family operation. At the time, Clayman and his consulting business, foxowl, were assisting small businesses owners develop and grow their companies. But after only a year of helping Udi’s research a new product—granola—he decided to drop everything and dive in full-time, becoming the General Manager and Co-owner of the newly created Udi’s Granola. Now Clayman spends his days proselytizing about the all-natural ingredients and deeply satisfying crunch of the world’s best granola. REBECCA WIENER
